INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS .

  • The abstract must be submitted in English.
  • The content of the abstract must contain between 150 and 400 words.
  • Abstract submission deadline: 22 February 2026.
  • Only one presenting author is allowed and it is mandatory for him/her to be registered at the conference.
  • The abstract should be original and not previously published or presented at any international scientific meeting.
  • Duplicate abstracts will not be accepted.
  • Each author may submit only up to two abstracts as presenting author, of which only one should be a contributed oral presentation.
  • You will be asked to sign the copyright license form agreement.
  • The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract prior submission.
  • Submissions selected and physically presented at SSI-25 will be invited to submit a full manuscript for a Special Issue of the Elsevier Journal Solid State Ionics. The manuscript will undergo the normal review process of the journal. Acceptance for presentation does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the full manuscript by the journal.
